First you will want to download the B.L.A.C.C. App Store.
Either download the Andriod or iPhone version depending on your device,
just scan the correct QR code. Two devices may be necessary,
one to show the code and the other that can scan the code.
Make sure the device that is scanning the QR code is the device you want the appilication.
