B.L.A.C.C. Ark Agreement Contract:

All Profits Made By Users Utilizing The B.L.A.C.C. Ark Will Be Required To Donate 10-30 Percent (10-30%). For Example, When An User Completes A Mission That Came With $100 In Profit Value (Excluding and not Including BC Stock And Exp.), User Will Be Required To Donate $30, Leaving User With $70 Profit Value From Completed Mission.

(3 of 8) Failure To Pay Agreement:

Failure To Pay Donations will Result In B.L.A.C.C. Stock Deduction Automatically. Deducted Amount Will Be Equal To The Amount Required To Pay From Mission.

(4 of 8) Fees Within Missions:

The users will be accommodated for equipment to use on missions. Any tickets or penalties charges from state or city government officials will be handled by B.L.A.C.C. after seeing a committee to determine if user is to be excused.

(5 of 8) Personal Injury/Death:

Within B.L.A.C.C. Ark there will be missions that may require some physical contact if a situation arises randomly and is outlined as a threat. Also, ignorant use of equipment that results in personal injuries will not be a liability to B.L.A.C.C. Ark, or B.L.A.C.C. associated products and organizations. User, nor any individual within the user's place of defense, will not be able to sue or call to order arbitration.
